SACRED IBIS last time out were beaten by a Simply Brilliant run, steps back up to the mile and should makes amends here on his 2nd try...
Bring It On had to be eased last time on the rail and from a slightly outside draw should have a clear run......
Unicorn Jewellery, Everest, Agree, Sangria & Diamond Dragon to fight out the minor placings.

Oh my Gawd what a terrible ride from Teetan.Ok he does come from the back but he was 2 lengths off the 2nd to last horse and then thinks it's a good thing to come right to the outside of the track thereby losing another few lengths and flies up late for fourth.Unlucky Andycap should have won that race.Muhtiman watch this race and then you will see how much a jockey plays it's part in horse racing.

Quite sure he rode a cracking race!!!! Actually im positive...given the circumstances he actually did very well to get 4th. Punters are far too quick to blame a jockey instead of reviewing the FACTS 1st. They also tend to forget that horses are flesh and blood...and some days ...'act up'

Why you say that Heinrich?I heard the commentator say it was taken back as usual so not sure it missed the break. He didn't really attempt to get closer to the 2nd to last horse, and why did he decide to come right to the outside of the track when I don't think one other jockey chose that route the whole day.My feeling is with a better ride Sacred Ibis goes very close to winning. That is just my opinion but I got a feeling I might be missing something here so please inform me if I'm wrong.

explaining it will take to long. But read by Race results on Hkjc.....teetan offered the explanation. than if you watch the race again u will see it is so.also SI has a history of having no early pace. in my humble opinion...teetan did very well...especially given the frantic pace upfront

The pace was too slow..and second half of the field cant quicken enough to be in the finish

You mind if i give some constructive critism??? Anyways, you take it as you want. I like reading up on peoples posts to see if i can learn anything new,be it an amateur or an pro. We all can learn from each other. You are a decent HK tipster but i saw in the past you have 'no sense' of pace whatsoever. If you get that down...you will be VERY GOOD at HK tipping...

The Pace of the race was FRANTIC as i said...a VERY HOT/FAST PACE!!!! 67secs Faster than class at the 800m and 90secs faster at the 1200m. It was nothing to do with the pace of the race for the backmarkers too close off...infact the race suited them FAR FAR BETTER than the winner. Why they didnt get to him,ill leave to you as 'homework' Trust me once you understand that...u will improve your good SR even more. Thats why Sectionals are so valuable...it teaches us alot if we have the time to decipher them...the difficult part is ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDING them....understanding how races are tend to be run.

*Note...I hope this dont offend you in any way,im just trying to help you improve abit(not that i know alot myself...im an amateur aswell)

happy studying

.....never mind the time.....SI covered more ground than most and have seen many others fall foul to this same tactic of swinging too wide to try finish on the outside..... :S ....rather disappointing that all their local tipsters had virtually made this the best bet on the cards....
