All what i can say let this be a lesson to any jockeys who think they can do what they please.If it happened in jockey room they get away with it and just get a fine to pay to nhra.If it happens outside of their bubble then they must face the law.Clearly a case of assualt,and if this is the outcome of the case it will big effect on his chances of riding overseas with a criminal record.I wonder if he would have done this to someone of his own age,i bet not.Let the law carry on and be a lesson for bullys.

To the contrary, I have had a magnificent life and still do. I have crammed three lives into one and have the accolades to show for it. I do adventure sports and have survived many near fatal accidents. My last was hang-gliding at Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, where I ended up in ICU for 9 days, in a coma for 5. I have competed in the US Nationals twice. Prior to that was a motorcycle accident in which I suffered a broken jaw in three places. As for the corrupt US judicial system which an Appeals Court judge confirmed, my book and posting are defamatory of the judges, prosecutors and "defense" lawyers who could all sue me for libel, but they won't, because then I get my day in court where truth is the ultimate defense and they do not want it proven. I now know the system well enough to make sure I get an impartial and true common law jury. My judge was black, the loaded jury was 9 black poor women judging a rich white guy from South Africa.
