Can`t remember if it`s 2 years or 3 years since i decided to stop punting and apart from falling of the wagon once it was the best decision iv`e ever made!
Have you guys got any new plans? Bankroll management.. Study more etc etc ?

have not been taking it serious enough for 2 years. so set ourselves a target of £250k profit for 2018.

You don't need to give up as long as you only punt what you have extra left over after paying the bills

Stick to your budget.
Personally, I will concentrate on the 4 RSA Jackpot races ( Jackpot and Quartets ) and the Exacta on the daily France Quinte race.
Can’t see myself giving up punting on the ponies ever...................

Never be in a hurry to lose one's money !!
Sticking to handicap races only - minimum field of 8 so 3 places - place bets only focused on top third of field - at least 5/10 on selection otherwise no bet
Good start yesterday as I only took one bet - Durbanville Race 7 - 1 Hemmingway - placed 3rd
All the best to all clanners
