In old days (good) if a Share lost more that 10% in a day it was automatically suspended!
Seems that no longer is in force....they now want you to loose all your money in a day.. :ohmy: :ohmy:

I can remember the JSE suspended trading on MTN when Nigeria hit them with that huge fine. Surely they must be a mechanism in place on when to suspend trading.

Do not for one second think that Jooste is bust. He's got plenty. He is finished in the corporate world and may well get prosecuted, however he's not out by a long way.
