I'm not one to stand in the way of debate and free speech, but I would just like to correct one small factual error.

The article / title referred to by OTA was not penned by myself (I'm saying this not to 'shift blame', but rather so that I don't take credit for someone else's work).

I know it can get a little confusing trying to work out who writes what on the SP, but other than the profiles which are occasionally shared among the team and therefore go under the general label) you can usually identify my work by the fact that it has my name on the bottom.

Reading an article on sp website it beggars belief and very sad that those magnificent trees could be taken down ,its an absolute crime against the ecosystem Apart from their beauty their benefits to wildlife especially birds cannot be overstated

Mike are you saying that something underhanded happened to get the contract.. why don't you open a transport company and tender for the contracts and see that price and delivery, are the overriding factors. You putting the whole tender process committee under the limelight because of your constant attack on the system you so clearly despise.. You know who got the contract because you have received inside info once again so I am sure you are well aware who was on the committee.

Len if you believe that I have to answer this you clearly have no idea of what good corporate governance is.
