One of the opposing sides will be in for an early bath tomorrow especially after the first few races from both centres, punters or bookies. Somehow feel it's going to be the latter. On this card what the bookies have going for them is the first two races are juvenile races and there is that element of uncertainty where some juveniles can improve beyond any logical explanation. Having said that, I think the first two favourites will prevail, Extradite and Bishop's Bounty. If the same should happen at Turffontein, by (say) 13.10 the punters may well be laying drunk wherever they are, and this is a very distinct possibility, the first 4 favourites arriving at the respective centres. ;)
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Race1: looks a boat race between the two Bass runners unless one of the first timers is special.
Race 2: Bishops Bounty is a smart sort, but I think no value as both Bombs Away and Elevated could show equal improvement. I was going to back he filly to beat them at the weights- pity she's scratched.
Race 3: The 3 fillies all have chances- preference for Secret Name. French Captain is knocking on the door. Support for first timer Mission Control, and doesn't have to be a star to win this. We have brought Mighty Hash back in trip after jocks saying he is showing good pace in work. If they are right he could spring a surprise at long odds.
Race 4: Navasha and Sugar Frosted should fight this out. Garden Tea Party and Dark Chocolate look next best.
Race 5: Very open. My 3 for the PA are Catkin, Sheer Trouble and Tiger Tiger.
Race 6: another puzzle. PA 3 are Preoccupation, Pirangi and Roman Perfection.
Race 7: another tough handicap. PA Icy Trail, Slip n Slide, Union Jack
Race 8: Flying Ryan and Banderos are the two to fight it out. King of the Corn and Telekinesis have scope to improve. Bezamod, Zama and Swinging Captain include in quartets.

In Limine MR has continued dropping and should be better suited by this trip, particularly without blinkers.
