David Payne's In Full Flight got me hooked. I think Duncan Howells was his apprentice at that time.
Punting wise.... it all started with Model Man and the fearless P. Lunn punting stable of the 1980's.

He was trained off my dad's farm by Dr Naude. He was entire and raced until he was 10 years old. He had 94 starts, 8 wins (2 in the top division) and 17 places. I thought he was the most beautiful horse I'd ever seen. I loved him so much I used to plait him up like a show horse on race days.
The assistent did the training there, and that was andres styen.

This will drive me crazy with memories but was in the Betfair box with laff at Kempton park on boxing day when Kauto Star did the business the crowd went mad with hats flying, you have no idea the love for great chasers is in the UK

Lunar landscape won a maiden in 2008 think september october. I won R90 lol
