I would have thought by now Chicken that you would know me a wee bit better.
Your not as easy as it used to be to get a reaction from due to your brain be consumed by your little football competition, but with Colin it's like playing with puppy that hasn't been fed for a week..

not going to bite

Thought you might have mentioned how well I'm doing in it.haha

no never, why should I, as its in your words "little football comp" so taking the piss would be a waste of time really.

Strydom without doubt the best jockey in the RSA
He made a terrible mistake but anyone of all the posters who says I have never made a mistake is a liar
Fine him and let him get on with it. The same for others when it is a first offence
If it happens again let them sit at home

What most punters don't even realize is how often they are doing their money before races are even run, either by instruction from trainers who want to reduce ratings or jockeys/trainers giving them an easy so that the horse can be punted next time or the time to follow.

This case is easy to solve,it's just a case of how much time the jock gets.

The real problem the NHA faces is identifying those cases.

That is where the game really is crooked.
definitely the best post so far on this issue...we have approx. 4000 races a year multiply by an average of 10 runners per race and out of 40 000 rides our blind stipes cannot see when a horse is not given the best opportunity to gain the best possible position in a race ...there are a few jockeys out there in fact one in natal is so blatant that are giving horses a miss yet our blind stipes do absolutely nothing about it...

Couldn't agree more ! Striker is a fantastic jock , has got me out of the dwang many times by his superb riding, I lost money on his mount Irish Rebel , but for me all is forgiven. I'm really hoping a minimum sent and most of it suspended ;)

That is stiff but not unexpected. I think social media outcry has a lot to do with this......

...."If there is a TV in every house in America, do they elect a man in a wheelchair as president?....."

Makes you think doesn't it :)

Probably fair

Hear there was a group of punters waiting for the decision to bring a civil case ?

Sure he has a honeymoon coming up so maybe work it around that ? Plus he usually rides twice or three times a week at this time of year so maybe misses 20 days racing ?
Still a big loss to his fans

In 2000 the U.S. electorate put a brain dead president into the White House and the world is still paying the price for that. Roseveldt was elected and he was in a wheelchair

All about perception hoender, and that was exactly what I was referring to......see if the American people will vote in a man in a wheelchair today.
