Credit where its due.
Recently deposits have cleared extremely quick. Late last night i did a eft to hollywood and before i could notify them it appeared in my account. This morning i did another eft and after 2 minutes max it was in.

I am in the camp of MR P.............being trying to get an answer from them about a credit card deposit ( I have processed many of these already this month).Sent 3 emails and a call and still no response. Bank says error is definitely on Hollywood side!.

one must remember that in order for them to credit your account it must appear in their account.
Pay into same bank account. eg fnb to fnb. That will show instantly.
Take into account that some banks especially standard bank after banking hours you can do a eft from standard bank to standard bank and sometimes(not alway) it wont apear straight away but only midnight the following night.Thats howcome hollywood might apear slow but infact havent recieved the money. Just from experience.

The hundreds of transactions I have done via the on line credit card method have always shown within seconds of the transaction going through. There seems to be an error that has crept in but nobody wants to discuss it.

Have also not been able to access the " live in play betting"!. That section also needs Major jacking up as when it works one cant really call it "live", more semi live. or maybe half live!.

Nonsense batman I bank with standard and fnb same prob all the time .I have heard tht on the day certain people r allocated duties of dealing with bank deposits eg. I may be doing only fnb and u doing all standard bnk.The problem is the staff cos hw is it wen u phn in they look into ur acc with reference no and they can pick it up immediately. Futher to that they have not answered there phones since this morning and emails as countrymember pointed out.I just need to remember my interbet pin or give them a call neva had a problem there.
