hollywood again and again

I know that Dev sorts out problems and puts out fire AFTER the event, so I thank HIM for that. However, I am confused as to how such an important part of the business, I.e. The handling and reflecting of deposits, is EVER allowed to reach the stage where myself and others get irate, really irate by the unanswered call-line available, or late imputing of deposits. Why, when I have to call , MORE THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED my sms and email that they have my money, as soon as I eventually speak to someone, is my money credited to my acc immediately?? I have to call??
This implies that someone is not regularly checking up!!
That's what I have a problem with, and regardless of how this is taken, I speak to people who actually don't inspire confidence that they have an awareness of what they are really doing.

Can someone very clever explain the payout to me, cause my std 2 maths eish Im sukkeling. Churchill Downs trifecta payout race 11. Tab R201.3 Hollywood R101.? Even this sounds very little ( unless Molly got his figures f...up) cause according to him with co-mingling etc ($101 paid in USA (according to Hollywood) and not $250+- for trifecta according to Molly) he still joked they should collect R2000+ for their trifecta. Hope it make sense, but why such small pay outs and why the big difference between Tab and Hollywood ?

Hollywood uses the host country tote payouts for USA meetings including Trifecta's.

As per the Hollywood terms and conditions, the pay-out was paid as per the Tote in the USA.

The US dividend for the Trifecta was $50.50 (to a 50c unit) = R101.00

We paid the commingled dividends for other markets
