Please post your excuses below as man your Sharks are really poor and belong in the B division of rugby. Never mind boys you still have sunny skies and Chevrolet

Didn't watch the game. Probably because Patrick playing for Springboks or bad ref or we were just plain robbed by a biased TMO?

On a more serious note SA rugby is on an all time low. The standard of our rugby is shockingly bad. No commitment, skills lacking, no game plan and just a very kak to watch. Transformation raring its ugly head ?

Rugby in all the big nations, with the exception of NZ, have there up swings and down swings. At the moment SA and Wales on a downswing, Australia, France , Argentina on the up swing, England and Ireland steady.

The repetitive claim that our rugby has 'never been worse' is complete twaddle and not supported by the facts.
Those with longer memories will recall the Springbok tour to the UK circa 1965 as a complete disaster whilst the Boks under Straeuli in the period 2000- 2003 were far worse than the current crew.
Fact is - Springbok rugby quite often blows more cold than hot.

The 2000-03 team were pathetic. They lost 53-3 to England as from the very first minute to the last all they did was behave like Costa

Neigh, my perception...rugby is cr@p in SA at the moment...doesn't have my interest and I find myself not caring about the National team either...got better things to do...

I think that there is lots of competition for the same resources...our time...and we have become more fickle regarding it because of the instant satisfaction factor...

Garrick 100% about Springbok rugby they are very up and down all the time, but I am talking about SA rugby in general, is very weak and well below standard. This never use to be the case we always had depth to fall back on.
Sad P as we are busy with a WC here not just some silly domestic competition. Maybe if we were playing better rugby there would be more interest ?
