I mentioned some time ago that I had heard that Vee was starting to see the benefit of a fixed-price tote.
Could this be a step in that direction or just coincidence?

Interbet has never offered the Open Bet and do what all bookmakers should do and that is to offer fixed win bets only..so therefore certainly not "the enemy"

The exchange section is a facilitation of "lays" being offered by various bookmakers..........is it only open to bookmakers who undertake not to lay the open bet????
