I know I mentioned American Pie earlier as a fancy of mine, however the way they have been racing down the straight makes me think that the draw might be a problem - so Sophia Grace at 20's does not look bad value

I think Seven Whispers is overdone at 25-1 (places are for me at 325/100 first 4)
I think this filly did not stay the 1400m last time and her midfield run in the GR 1 would give her a strong place chance here - this field has no other runners that sniffed a Grade 1 race as babies so I think she might just run into the money -
I only watched the 8th race and was pleased to see a genuine pace on so I take it (from Nico's calls) that the boys were riding true times today
