R2 Fly Phillippa could well win. If she fails... I am with WP in thinking Lateral Princess is some value and is well worth an idiot e/w imo in the hope that she gets away well this time. Eastside is another to consider, the form of her debut is not working out too badly and Lerena has been booked, just a potential concern with the high draw. China Beach to be thereabouts (and possibly worth a Lucky H e/w patent with Stay Amazed and Y Kiang?)... LATERAL PRINCESS x CHINA BEACH x EASTSIDE

I could have egg all over my face here and will gladly accept so if I'm wrong. Good luck to all!!
Does MDK enter many good ones in work riders races?
Good question Bob. This horse probably as good as Ataab (AUS) and Mitraad (AUS) - Owners have had 6 wins from their last 11 runs and this will be 7/12

After a poor showing on Tuesday, I'm not sure anybody's interested, but I like the following today:
R2: I agree with some that Lateral's Princess is good value today - especially fro places - very good debut running on strongly after losing a lot of ground - last run on the sand can hopefullybe ignored.
R6. Kingston Mines looks the right one, but Venture nod bad value imo
R7: Zanzibar Man was baulked late last time behind Leeuloop Jet and could give LJ pull out all the stops today
R9: Really like American Pie, at best over 1000 - drawn on the inside - another who looks good value to me
Enjoy

On that Maayaat will probably be looking for a mile so fingers crossed.

I'd go as far to say that most of his winners come for the Spies yard. One thing I've also noticed is that if Spies has one runner in a race more often then not Chambers will be honest while Fransie is getting other rides. I may be terribly wrong however I'd chance my luck on Chambers ride over Naude's ride. Of course I'm not saying atso can't win, or can't beat FS just my thoughts. Thanks again for the valid input, I'm in no way meaning to be disrespectful towards your advice. Good Luck
Colin, we'll see. If we knew what was going to happen, life would become boring after a while.
Will be interesting race. Forget about the disrespectful bit. I am thick-skinned and my opinion is more often than not proven to be sh!t.

R4 I think this is quite a tricky race. Devious Tiger chance (as do most!) but not for me today. Unlike Haupie, I prefer Chambers to be riding a Spies horse and thus favour Fort Success over Atso but very frustrating that I can't view the run of their last meeting. Balado goes from a WR race to having Khumalo up, drops in d and has the 1 box. Don't think the form of that debut run was the worst and if coming on for the run then could be competitive. Finished ahead of Mind Games that day and the latter is my small e/w idiot in the race. Could perhaps be better back down in trip and shown glimpses of form in a couple of outings. Social Media is another who could well be involved and definitely not one I would leave out of quartets etc. Very tentative but... FORT SUCCESS x ATSO'S SCHEME x BALADO

Fancy American Pie e/w. Not sure why Sampson not up. Striker? A good second last run over c/d.
Quartet float 1,3,10 with the field.Definately pay well over outlay of R264
