I agree his record is very good but recently he seems to have lost his zest and drive. Modern day cricket takes its toll on players. He can now spend more time with his young family, which he deserves.

Well done Graeme. One of the best test captains around. Will be missed in the Proteas line up. Just hope you can do a Kallis and score a century in your last innings. (tu)

It seems that the minute an int cricketer gets married and has a child he needs to retire

It seems that the minute an int cricketer gets married and has a child he needs to retire
Amla's wife has just had a child and he has lost form lets hope he does not retire aswell !!

Agree. He has a great record as captain and batsmen in modern times. Few captains can match that record.

plenty of negative comments all over the internet about him being in the job to long,fuck me he has lead his country well,i know nowt about cricket but just take a look at the rankings and his own record..
