I got an 'market liability exceeded' when trying to place a bet to win R791......

I would like to bring up an issue which I took up already with your management in early 2012 and they promised to solve the problem
it is now 2 years later and still issue is not solved
here goes
If you take a yankee bet on the internet it allows you too take a six leg yankee not sure what it is called
but it is 57 combinations
now you can take it twice or three times and sometimes depending on the horse's betting you choice 5x or 10 times
but it quickly give you a notice that you are over the limit and to call the call center and when you then call the call center they tell you they can only take a 5 leg yankees which I think is called a Canadian

Are you ever going to solve the problem?

Hi James - just letting you know, I've tried to take a 6 leg yankee, and ithe system stopped me at 5 legs. The internet allows it because it goes through the API (website interface). I will speak to the team and see if we can change it so Call Centre agents can lay 6 legs. Will provide feedback shortly.

thanx will appreciate not to fight with call center staff, I like to sometimes take it smal bet 2-5 times sit back and watch

the best I did was I got 5 right had it x 5 collected R15000 for R285 layout

Ya unfortunately its not the Call Centre's fault, its the system that won't allow it. We're contacting our software providers to see if they can change it. Will keep you posted.
