Hollywood Log on error

If you experience problems, enter www.hollywoodbets.net and log in again. Seems it sorts the problem for a short period of time, enough to get your bets on. If you are entering the site via the default logged in link i.e. www.hollywoodbets.net/dafault.aspx etc.. you are going to experience problems. From my take there seems to be some sort of security violation because windows security (defender) are asking for a user name and password (hollywoodbets.net) from time to time, I suggest the IT team at hollywood have a look at their security settings irrespective of which server is transmitting the mobi or website information.

Hollywood is consistent most of the time I've used it besides yesterday which cost me two races in Wolverhampton and today... but luckily today my bets are down already. My biggest issue with Hollywood is the time it takes for me to withdraw my funds, 11 days the last time, not joking!! 11 Freaking days... must say I'm not impressed with the turn around times for withdrawals and I get told they waiting for Credit Card funds to clear but I don't even use a Credit Card to deposit :S but then that is a separate issue.

hollywoodbets.net from my side now. Not loading correct at all.

Yep, well you see that is a security setting. On some PC's or laptops you might have your firewall enabled, your user account settings are probably restricted i.e. enabled and windows defender is probably active hence when entering www.hollywoodbets.net your PC detects it as a threat and therefore displays the runtime error. Really frustrating but I have no problems accessing the site when I shut down my PC security settings, not great but at least it works for the time being.

Thats from my mobile WP...fact is it is still incompetent service... These issues should be avoided with the necessary precautions...sorry but I am terrible when people are not doing what they are suppose to do...in my book there are no excuses...I should probably work on my anger management issues...

Hi Clanners, Werner is still working on the problem. He has suggested that you close your browsers, reopen them, and try reload the site. I'm not confirming its fixed, but it might provide a temporary solution. Will keepe everyone posted.

Mobile site won't work because your mobile IP is not static so same old, frustrating error. I feel your pain but unfortunately there is nix you can do for now unless on a laptop or desktop.

My laptop works zilch.... get in then sorry we encojntered an error...cannot check bets, head banner displays an errorocurred....grrowlll... just now Werner is going to get hit with the stewpid stick

We have managed to resolve the issue. Please can you let me know if you have any further issues. If you have any problems loading the site please close your web browser and start a new session to the Hollywood website.
