Hi, I am following up again this morning with the Mobi Site issue, and I will provide feedback shortly. We understand it is a major problem, and we are attending to it. We apologise for the frustration its causing and I will push to get it sorted asap.

Just got feedback from Werner, and there is a server issue which is causing the slowness of the mobi site. He will keep me posted throughout the day with progress. If you can, try use the full Hollywood website, as we have not had issues with that platform.

If you want to rather phone your bets through to the Call Centre, just PM me and I will assist you with getting your account number to you.

***ADDED 11.25am - Please note that the MAIN website is also causing issues now. The team is doing everything they can to fix it. We will keep everyone posted on when it is rectified. We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing.

I'm not sure about that www.hollywoodbets.net/Default.aspx is the site i use - I only use my laptop and I had problems all day yesterday

Since yesterday hollywoodbets.net is very slow and I am still getting issues when trying to place a bet. Now I'm getting the following error when trying to place a bet: "An error has occured, we apologise for any inconvenience. "

It sounds like its just not the mobi site now. I have passed this onto Werner. The server issue could also be affecting the main site. I will try and find out.

Site is now completely stuffed....:X

Dev, definitely NOT correct. Main website was up to shyte the whole of yesterday and still intermittently giving issues this morning

Hi Madji, I've acknowledged that the main site is also experiencing issues. Therefore both the mobi site and the main site are giving problems. The team is doing everything they can. We apologise for the incovenience being caused.
