Whoever answers your Interbet line - sais I had phoned the fax line -but it is not advertised as such on your contact page?

When I phoned now to ask why my deposit was not reflecting after 15 mins - I was told the lady that deals with FNB has gone home???
So what, FNB customers not important?

I will look into the FNB issue first thing this morning. I have already emailed the deposits team. I'm assuming there must have been something wrong with the FNB account because no one being able to access it at 6.45pm just doesn't sound right. We will investigate.

With regards to the number you phoned, that is a faxline, and I can see how it can be misconstrued on the Contact Us page. I have requested them to change this which will hopefully be done on Monday morning to:

why the deposit is such the problem i do no under stand. for me when you do the transfer it ask if you want the sms or the email to tell the people you send the money. so what is the problem?

Not FNB-Hollywood, Flash, Hollywood have a deposit notification link on their site and are usually very prompt

They were also a bit slow with the ABSA deposits yesterday.

Should have had 4/1 jeans pride....ended up getting 37/10, was not happy about this but at least a win is a WIN.
