I'm looking at the ticket:

Your stake was R135.60 and you got Vercingetorix at 2/1, and Variety Club at 1/1.

(3 x 2) - 1 = 5 * R135.60 = R678

R678 - 6% (R40.7) = R637.30

Your account was credited R637.30 plus your stake of R135.60.

What was the problem with the payout?

I have replied to your PM explaining how it shown on your statement. My guess is that you are only seeing the amount in the NET column, which shows the profit you gained. Your stake is not shown in this column as it only shows the NET gain to your balance. It will only show the stake if it is a losing bet, as this is a NET loss.
