Click on the "C"/horse shoe adjacent to your horse

and it will give all the collateral form vs other runners in the race

you can add any other horse not carded in that race in the box where the word change is to see if there is any collateral with the runners in the race

What happened to the underscore when your looking at the horses previous form.It just made it easier to find the horse
