A few weeks ago a friend had some cash lying in his Marshalls account after winning some tote exotics . So he saw a horse in the Uk , it was 4/1 so he phoned Marshals (he had been limited to 5k 0nline

Someone told me a good old bookie words were "you can't win if you don't hold the money". Well done Lmb

Never had a problem before .. but today system down no payouts coming through:S Sill waiting on 2nd Race dividends.

I think you are correct

too much expansion without proper infrastucture and training of staff. arrogance. take it or leave it attitude. rather go to hollywood boys at least loose the cash where you get appreciate

before I opened my account I played at their brunch.The attitude of the staff was what chased so many away.To be honest I feel their attitude has been passed onto them from higher up.They engage their customers in a most unsatisfactory manner.That will be the soccer players and us horse racing enthusiasts.Their wasn't a single day ofvein quiet there.The staff has no idea about customer relationship.Their lack of interest normally shows up on your ticket.Race 2 no 8 will result in R8 no 2.
The one day I sent a messenger with a note R2 no 8 place.The ticket read R 8 no 2.By the time messenger gets Bach from his chores the race has run and Figgy gets Strike Paradise to place at a big price.This is when I got to speak to the most unhelpful of all characters in Deane.That type of mistake continued until I opened an account and I never go there anymore.Yesterday I take my fav tri and qt in the last and I see Flight Of Eagles a runner.I know he will come first three and I don't have him.I had spent about 64 on the bets and I decide to place FOE 100 rand to ensure my stake recovery.Michelle answers I call out my account no and bet and she repeats the horse and the wager and the call gets cut .Now this exact same thing happened twice before and the operator gets my bet on without him listening to my confirmation This Michelle she don't put my bet on.She thinks she is of the higher class my ass
Now all I want is my 84 rand and the small change she felt I won't miss when I closed my account yesterday evening.

I had 500 on Strike Paradise to win almost 3000
You still owe me for that as well.
