That is the simple answer. When you wish to use Vodacom Cellular service for an extended period on a use now pay later basis you don't just get the SIM card and away you go !! I do not agree with suggestions of a 'workers Comp for trainers/horses ' whatever. An individual takes out a trainers license as a business operator, and as far as I am concerned he lives and dies on his own sword exactly the sme as a chap who buys a franchise, opens a plumbing business etc. A standard contract from Waltons costs less than R250.00 and can cover the essentials such as service levels, deliverables and of course action taken in the event of NON DELIVERY from EITHER party to the contract. {humpffffff} Why the hell do I keep reading this thread ?????????????

H ow did Robyn gain entry into the yard ? Did she arrange with Mac, if not and she just made her way into his stables then surely this is a breach of security at the Milnerton training facility. With trainers getting massive fines for doping, surely the security of all horses stables is paramount ??????

People are nasty!!!!!! Poor fortis! Screw that mc guy, and anybody who would do these things to animals! I dont care what his excuse is, he is wrong and im glad he lost his license! What is up with racing lately? First a trainer gets a fine for doping a horse, 3 days later he is the star of the week! And now this kak! I love horses, but people screw everything up! Apparently, No one in this game can be trusted no matter how nice or gentlemen-like they may SEEM! :( :X
