LAY THREAD

#202444
As I can't lay for the time being,I need to keep my hand in so I will share what would have been my lays, each day with any clansmen lucky enough to have the facility.Hope I can help a little!
I hope there is still enough liquidity on SA racing.
The price that is reflected on the posts is the MAX price you should lay at.
The staking plan I will leave to you!

Note : Some believe that you should only lay very short prices, but in reading the story of Maria(the most famous proven successful lay system)she stated that her profits came mainly between 5/1-9/1.
My own experience confirms that!
Obviously nothing forces you to lay anything you are uncomfortable with.

Greg,I am not being smartass when I say "the exact opposite to when you backing them"
ie. On Bayont,I would have offered in the "lay" column BHP 66,and my liability ,if matched would be BHP 297
If it wins ,I lose 297 and if it loses I win 66.
BTW, your staking plan is vital

In theory I always thought that laying 20/1 shots was the way to go "no hopers"? 20/1shots do win, but as we say you get good even money shots and poor even money shots, and u get 20/1 shots that just might win and some that look shockers.
Aware that your outlay can be heavy vs the gain, however a small gain each day for a year can pay for the bacon rolls.

Like all "certain" systems, nothing is easy in this game, but good punting/ or laying.

Titch,I think that brainless statement by the Gambling Board is the clue..............the threat to blacklist is scaring anybody who intends to apply for a local licence.
Understandable I guess!
