I think its practically impossible for Karl to win both features.
WAW,2nd run after rest....
Yesterday during an interview DK said Lord Paramount worked with DJ. Lord P had a convincing win.
Soft ground on Saturday??DJ thrown in deep end.
I'm all for the Snaith Double.

I like Justin Snaith and he is a top trainer, if he wins both races I will be delighted..
But my money will be on Karl for both races.. 2nd run after a rest nta worry becoz the 1st run he smashed them

Y are plp so confidnt about DJ, he has been beating struggling handicappers-i knw hands nd heels.I dnt recall any track records been broken or maybe is t because hes been the talkng horse evn b4 he walkd in the sales ring. With coolmore tactics at play on sat i doubt hel make up 10 lengths to VARIETY CLUB down the straight.

Going with DJ as well. I recall Noordhoek Flyer also having a similar prep, in fact he got beat in a handicap before the guineas. Backed him at 7/1. That "struggling handicapper"(Blanic) happened to win well on Saturday. One just has to look at what ran behind DJ on debut in KZN after being slow away, to see that he has something about him. Just the draw a concern, but hoping for a true run race.
