Weather also looks threatening in Midrand; not sure about Turffontein; if they race it looks quite straightforward, at least up to the last race, but I think some of the hotties could get rolled (especially if it rains); thoughts:

R2: All the money is for Tally Blue; Marcus gets the ride, so difficult to go against it - not sure why the ally's have been taken off Kim Possible who seems best of the raced runners
R3: The Vos stable (Capiche) has come up short a few times in the recent past, so Flaming Waters should prove hard to beat
R4: Very weak field where Flaming Forge and San Clemente should run first and second - not necesarilly in that order though
R5: Approachable is all the rage, but could find it hard to give weight away to the very capable (and year older) Mirage Drive, while September Wind could prove much better than rated - I'm including all 3 in the P6
R6: Nova Zembla much too short at 5/10 imo - her last two runs do not inspire any confidence; still the competition is very thin apart from Kapow who is the likely winner imo after running only 5 lengths behind Hollywoodboulevard last time giving her 2 kg's.
R7: Open handicap where Officer Class should feature, but if Gold Game can reproduce his last sand win on the turf, it will be no race. Forestation should need the run, but if he is close to ready he may upset as he has run against some good ones before his rest. Others who could feature include Regal Runner, Tyger Tyger, Made of Magic, Umfutho and Juan Belmonte.
R8: Another difficult race to close the P6, but if Vimy Ridge's first run was not a fluke, he could follow up - just about any of the others could take advantage if Vimy Ridge should prove to be a 1 hit wonder.

Play well

Weren't we all!

Never mind. Races like the one he was in are fairly common.

I like the breeding, but it is a competitive race indeed. The Marcus/Azzie/Muller relationship has started off pretty hot. Strike Master has to be a runner?

On going to post there is only 1 runner here...Boeing Boeing. He looked super impressive but Mawing says no stable money and he expects him to need a run.

There should be an investigation into the ride of Boeing Boeing. I didn't have a cent on but if I did I would have been fuming.

We as punters have no chance.....I like MJ Odendaal. He rode our first horses and he did a great job. He gave this horse Boeing Boeing such an easy. Showed him the stick twice and that was that. Surely if he is in contention he should try to win the race?

Anyway, no point in complaining, whats done is done!
