The irony is that the long range outlook for the weekend is excellent, but of course it's Met weekend so no racing in KZN. It's amazing how our operators keep getting bitten in the arse even by things they have no control over.
According to Tabgold, the pen reading is 21, the going is good, and they've had 5 mls of rain in the last 24 hours. Sounds about right, the rain has been very light and we had about 10 dry days before Sunday.
