Royal Ascot day one

Some wonderful racing over the next five days from Royal Ascot 
day one is Tuesday 18th .

The highlight should be watching the unbeaten 2000gns winner Notable Speech with Rosallion the gns runner up making it a good race.

Big Evs Is another star on day one .

Very good racing on Day 1 with the St James Palace being the highlight for me . Richard Hanon jnr. is bullish about Rosallion's chances however I think Notable Speech will be a tough nut to crack.

Big EVs  is 7/2 in King Charles ( formerly King Stand ) suggesting that's also very open. Worth a bet .

The Coventry looks wide open they betting 13-2 the field. Dylan's horse Zminiature is 80-1 so may have a sneaky £10 e/w .

The Queen Anne also looks very competitive race going for Maljoom E/W.

Just to mention that 207 will cover the racing from 14.00 where there is a show Queens of the Turf and then a live crossing to Royal Ascot

Notable Speech is a star and is the NAP on day one but it's a cracker of a field

What a finish in the Coventry !

Really enjoyed Day 1 of the Royal meeting.

Highlight was Rosallion showing a lot of courage to get up late in the St James Palace. 

Young Billy Loughnane riding his first Royal Ascot winner at the age of 18 was great to watch aswell .

Looking forward to Inspiral tomorrow.
