General admission tickets for Cheltenham Gold Cup day sold out before the end of January for the first time after record demand, the Jockey Club announced on Tuesday.
Overall demand for general admission at the 2022 Cheltenham Festival is up 37 per cent compared to 2019, with only hospitality packages left for Gold Cup day on March 18.
The 2020 meeting was the last festival open to the general public, with all British racing suspended from the following week until June 1 that year.
Last year's festival was held behind closed doors but full crowds are now welcome back across all British racecourses.

Leopardstown Dublin Festival ,Sat/Sun 5th and 6th Feb.
ITV covering 2 races on Saturday and 5 races on Sunday.
On Sat in R2 there is a Juv .Hdle Elliott/Mullins with 2 smart hurdlers.
VAUBAN has good French Flat form and ran well on Hurdle Debut.
R5 Irish Gold Cup.
Some very good chasers including Frodon,Minella Indo ,Delta Work and KEMBOY who has put last years troubles behind and could snatch this one.

From my other post
Saturday and Sunday we have a feast from Ireland.
LEOPARDSTOWN where the Irish Gold Cup will see Frodon, Kemboy, Minella Indo and Asterion Forlong to find out who can give A Plus Tard and Galvin a go at the festival.
Fil Dor vs Vauban should be a good clash and FACILE VEGA a blinder.
On the Sunday more stars in action GALOPIN DES CHAMPS, CHACUM POUR SOI, SIR GERHARD and the great HONEYSUCKLE all on show.

The 4 above have strong chances but for a bit of value recomend BIRCHDALE.
