I find it surprising that John Egan has been invited to Mauritius. The authorities like to give the image that they have any improperness in check. Jockeys are regularly heavily fined and suspended for things that our stipes would not blink an eyelid upon. John Egan cannot return to Hong Kong for pulling up horses, it seems rather a contradiction?
