My best bet on the card comes in the last....Day by Day.
I also fancy All Colours (be careful it is a juvenile feature) and Maritime Mist. I think she can imporve more than the 6 year old Bold Wonder!
Happy punting!

Best Bet Win/Place:
R4 # 10 Pageantry Page Lerena
Pageantry had a very good first run and being backed 8 into 9/2 it was expected. B Lerena gets the ride again and not a strong field to beat here he will not have many easier tasks. In fact of the other runners 11 runners only 5 has finished within 5 lenghts of the winner on 1/more occasions which confirms that Pageantry MUST be the one to beat of the races horses. In a field of 12 he is drawn worse of all but with avg -1,1 being way better than his competitors he should come home lonely with possibly #1 and # 3 improving to challenge since most of the others has had too many chances already.
R6 # 2 English Aspen Kuit Cormack
A lot was expected from English Aspen since debut being backed from 14 into 17/10 and he duly oblidged beating National Guru by 6,25 lenghts. National Guru then confirmed how good that was by staring 12/10 pre race and beating his closes opposition by 4 lenghts! His next race did therefore come as a surprise when beaten by #4 Legal Account. It was just as unexpected for Legal account’s connexions since started at 16/1 and drifted into 40/1…Legal account had the advantage of 52 kg on it’s back that day and a soft slow going since running on coming from the back. Today English Aspen and Legal Account meets each other on equal terms which is a 5kg advantage for English Aspen. Furthermore the debut win for English Aspen was on good going and will be difficult to catch if today proves to be good going again. Furthermore after that shock 1/1 win Kuit decided to bring in the specialist jockey Cormack instead to finish the business so I do expect English Aspen to turn the tables.#1 could show further improvement after winning on debut well as fav and then being rested, and off course De Kock must be respected although the debut win of #3 Kwatcha was nothing to write home about, but sometimes you only need to do enough to win.#9 Poppins had lots of money for it on debut and could be a shock result
Accumulators (places) :
R1 # 1 Liberty Eagle Cunha Uys
Liberty Eagle found the 1200 last a bit too short when running on 2 weeks ago and should find the 250 today more to his liking. He has run close to decent Orbison, Kaizar, Absolute Herretic and Valdivar so should be good enough to compete today and an accumulator backed from 4 into33/10 last and decently drawn 6
Quartet selections:(In open call use 1st for roving bankers)
R1: 1,5,2,3 / 8,11,9,5
R2: 4 7,12,2,1,8/10,6
R3: 14,1,5,11,10 / 7,4,3,2
R4: 10, 1,3,11/ 2,6,5,4,7
R5: 4,5,1,6 / 3,9
R6: 2,1,4,9,3 / 7
R7: 2,1,5 / 6,4,3
R8: 1,4,7,8,2,5,6,3 (OPEN)
R9: 4,3,1,8,2 /15,5,6,9,10
PA: 14,1,5 x 10 x 4,5 x 2 x 2,1 x 1,4 x 4,3,1 for R72.00
P6: 10,1,3 x 4,5,1,6 x 2,1,4,9,3 x 5,1,6 x 1,4,7,8,2,6,3 x 4,3,1,8,2 for R2250.00
JPOT: 4,5,1,6 x 2,1,3,4 x 5,1,6 x 1,4,7,8,2,6,3 for R336.00
Hope you all have a wonderfull day.

Countless Times is my best of the day, will have come on a lot since debut. All Colours should go close if not needing a run but I agree that the faster ground today will suit English Aspen better than the soft. Fast Dot Com showed blistering pace over 1200 when blinkered. Looks e/w value back over 1000 with a good appy claiming 2.5.

countless times and val de ra are genuine odds on shots but pageantry i would be a bit wary of as he was beaten by a 25 to 1 shot 1st timer and a filly of michael roberts last time whose first run was nothing to write home about..

Shot for the vote of confidence on Fast Dot Com magic! My horsie is not exactly a world-beater but in this field we stand a chance, favourite does look a touch above the rest, but hopefully FDC can break out well and run a good race.
