Fairview Race Meeting 12 February 2010, Race 5, Sophomore Plate, over 1400 metres.
An Inquiry was opened into the riding of CLASSIC LECTURE by Jockey F Herholdt and into the interference sustained by D J DETZKY (S Randolph). Jockey F Herholdt was charged with a contravention of rule 62.2.7 in that he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to D J DETZKY. Jockey Herholdt pleaded not guilty to the charge. The Board found Jockey Herholdt guilty as charged and suspended him from riding in race meetings for a period of two weeks. He has the right of Appeal against both the finding and penalty
