then the next step would be authorization.
the user that was authenticated, must be authorized to post on this site.

hence, this site has no non repudiation.
no user is authenticated, we are all only authorized to post on this site when we sign on, every one else is authorized to view on this site.

also when an attorney/creditor/debt collector calls you more than twice a week, its constitutes harrasment.
attorneys and debt collectors can get disbarred from their respective societies.

when you lay moneytary claims against a person and you cannot back it up with non repudiation, that constitutes racketeering.
the min time for racketeering is 15 years.

andrew, most forums on the www are then guilty of no non repudiation...? this is not wikipedia! besides, surely none of the posters here post in their professional capacity, otherwise we would have charged for our opinions.

I was sued for harasment for phoning a client who owed me money.

It eventually cost me R125 000-00 to defend.
He lost the case and liqudated the trust he sued me under.

The money he owed me gone aswell as the 125 ..........
