news is that thoroughbreds were found in Philippi badly malnourished? who what when??? how does this happen!! who are the horses and whose were they - sorry, i cant find any online news about this.

these people should have the fullest extent of the law come down on them!!!!

Just two weeks ago we were coming down on the Mauritian people for mistreating of their horses, now we have almost the same thing right here on our doorstep.
