when this filly croseed the line she was paying 2.40 aminute later 2.7 and then no dividends for 20 minutes and NOW SHE ENDS UP PAYING 6.50 A WIN...even pretorious in studio said 2.40 a win..please explain

That was a big jump. IT put me off from punting the horse. I don't however believe it was done by Phumelela on purpose......It may really have been an error that they would have to take care of.

I believe this comingling of pools from across the world HAS to present problems. There are just too many things that can go wrong.....The exchange rates, the bet types and then the software.....They will have to bring all of these things up to standard before I will be betting into their pools from the US!!!

The reason that the tote changed on Race 4 at the Vaal is because we had Australia co-mingling with us. There was a communications glitch so we couldn't get their final pools. As a result of which we had to remove the entire Australian pool, hence the change.

As a precautionary measure they did not co-mingle for the balance of the race meeting, and have been suspended until this technical problem has been resolved.

The Australians worked on the IT side overnight, and found the problem to be on the Quartet Pools side (which caused the connectivity issue). Therefore we will commingle again on the Win, Place, Swinger, Exacta and Trifecta but not the Quartet pools until such time that the problem has been rectified and successfully tested.

a pool is a pool..the system will transmit all the pools the same way..

must find a more realistic reason..
