Kingdom Come vs Kilcoy Castle

I'm confused as to why poor kingdom come is a MR 98 and Kilcoy is a 90 - I personally think that Kilcoy will beat Kingdom Come 9 times out of ten - they are the same age and have raced against each other often enough - why does Kingdom not get dropped - both horses are favs of mine so no preference for me. I think both should be between 88-90 on current form.
