SCOTIA ON WINNING WAYS

ABC got a mention on the show again last night. Scotia sent an email asking why the sight had not been credited for an article on see the stars. James Goodman mentioned that they had got the same artcile from and international source but was going to invite Scotia and Charl to the show to discuss horse racing forums. He did add separately, of course. Peter Lambert added - this should make for interesting viewing.

Not sure if Scotia is aware of this but may we make suggestions on what we would want Scotia to add in his presentation.

No problem Al, but would rather focus the viewers towards the site and they can read "all" the posts.

If I have to go with a "shit list" might have to stay the night?

lol

I believe the focus will be on how contentious these forums are and whether they deserve their place in the racing world. Posters will also be zoned in on guaranteed.

Scotia just shout if you need a translator (lol)

Did anyone see Winners Circle on Supersport? Very nice interview with Basil Marcus. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet the man thanks to Hotline and his partner. This is a huge loss to our industry and we can only wish an pray that our local industry was big and strong enough to retain our best horsemen.

I really enjoy these types of interviews as it makes racing more real. They flashed on some pics of when BM was a jockey and on a few of his trophies. You soon realise that this a great in the sport and the day to day Pick 6's and PA's become insignificant and you see racing for what it is, a sport.

All the best Basil Marcus Im sure you will continue to achieve and make SA proud.

Guys not sure what you can expect?

Its a flying vist James and Laff are different class, they run the show "no edit", just talk, James put me under the light "notes" were gone, over in a flash, we are having a braai great backroom staff with Raymond and his team, have taken a few photos, and will give you an update later, tape has been sent to Tellytrack for sub-titles?

Having a few JWB then back to the airport!

cheers

scotia
