Yes, hib, she did herself no favours. She will get the mile if she settles better early on.

What I want to know is why trainers are so keen to run horses in blinkers. Look at how many horses run in blinkers in the UK. Not even half as many as here.
Look at Vicky Violet. She did not have BAD for without the blinkers, in fact I think she ran some of her best races without the scoops. Now she has blinkers on and pulls in a 1600m race. I'm no trainer but geez louise!!!!! I thought you want to try and get your horses to win!!!!
