Listening to Chad Cooke on USO - race 6 - He says Polished Steel is carrying too much weight to win and his chief rival Deep Water is carrying 5kgs less and is better weighted.

These statements do not make sense really as the MR sets the weights. MR97 vs MR87 =5KG. Should finish in a dead heat on the line is the theory., or does Chad think MR is bull%^&*?
