I must say I have not seen any new concrete slabs being built for the lights or similar construction to do with the light masts.

Is everything on HOLD again ?

Me too ..I have a feeling it is on hold again due to a similar complaint as last time..Davy is there any chance to check with Phum?

Well Oscar, did get a reply and glad to report the following:

Hi David

The project of installing lights at the big T is well underway with all the required generators and luminaires purchased, final designs and working drawings complete and construction workers on site. The project aims to complete by end October 2009.
