I though the horsie was disqualified from last win due juice in the blood. But ran as winner tonight.

Was it no disqualified?

Still regarded as a winner but stakes refunded - meant as deterent - penalised for substance and hence now is regarded as a winner

When an individual test positive at sport, that individual gets banned for a number of years...

Perhaps, race horses must be treated the same way..

The Owners can then deal with the trainer in court..
