Night racing Haydock, Pontefract and Stratford not to forget on the local front, good racing from Greyville, no rest for the wicked on Friday night, will be going for a curry, but hope for some "hot" tips.

Brighton today and Barzan looks a strong bet.

Newcastle: The soccer team will be looking for a "Final Victory" and should be the banker.

Newmarket: London Bridge and Tryst are the ones for the exotics.
