Winning Form - Durbanville 19 May 2009 - Incorrect

Please be advised of the following:

The Winning Form (Book) for the race meeting at Durbanville on Tuesday 19 May 2009 contains information that is incorrect. The Jockey and Trainer combinations for each carded horse in the formlines are false. For the correct combinations please refer to the Jockey and Trainer index in the front of the book as these are correct. The couplings as stated in each race are 100% right.

This announcement does not include the Winning Form on the Hollywood website as this is correct.
