We must not compare abc with other sites. This is a wonderful site.I am sure everyone wont agree on all posts, thats what makes it even better.Horseracing is not a fair play game and not for the feint-hearted.

Dave Im certainly NOT saying that the monthly charges on the abc horse had any extras added..what Im saying is that the freeracer horses have earned regularly (as there are many more horses than 1 abc horse) and therefore cross subsidise each other.
Also for Frodo's info Cocoa Rose was bought as a ready to run horse, earned on its 2nd and 3rd runs which were very close to the purchase date. Remember that with Mick Goss sale you get 6 months to pay as well..whereas with the abc horse it was in training a long time before it ran so if you want to compare Frodo I think you need to take all the factors into consideration.
As for your attack on the freeracer bosses character..thats for him to sort out.

Oscar,
Not sure if you are refering to me when stating 'As for your attack on the freeracer bosses character..thats for him to sort out.'?
I certainly did not attack anyone - least of all the 'freeracer boss'. And I certainly did not compare any horse to another horse - perhaps you are addressing the wrong guy?
I merely stated my opinion on an issue and I stand by it - it is free speech after all. I wish the freeracer syndicate well in their endeavours - it's just not for me.

Frodo,
Nonsense... your little digs at me in many of your postings have not gone unnoticed.
As for your 18 March assessment of the way I run my syndicates:
Syndicate members are in it for fun, low cost and quick returns, which is what they have had in a short space of time.
We are not in the business to feed bad horses - maybe you are - if they dont show ability or at least some promise early they must go. Between ten syndicate members across the board, they've paid in on average R16,000 (including a year's training fee and other costs); for 4 winners and 16 places (45 runs around the country). They've also had a few nice punts.
We got rid of three bad ones early - seven more nice ones have come along, five of them at no cost to respective syndicate members, the others from profits re-invested. One has missed black type by a short head and may still get it, another looks destined for top division.
We support trainers across the board, most of them outside of the Top 30, we choose them as horsemen, spread our horses and will be giving to more trainers as we go along as there is so much satisfatction in winning with smaller yards. And we're having great fun! How much fun are you having, simpleton?
As for "moderate'' broodmares, are you aware that a one-time winner called London Wall produced Horse Chestnut at the age of 19? Do you know that a unknown mare called Carnet De Danse, a woolly runt from a veld in Zim somewhere, produced Ipi Tombe?
Knockout Gal (Announce/Roberto), whose dam has small black type and won the Tony Ruffel Handicap, has more than enough good blood running through her veins to produce a top racehorse.
Go find someone else to unleash your crap on, leave me and my syndicates alone.. even some of our members have been astounded by what we have achieved.

Freeracer,
I challenge you to find the 'little digs at me in many of your postings'.
As to my post on 18 March, that is my opinion, which I am allowed to voice and I stand by it.
Not sure why you feel the need to badmouth me for having an opinion that is different from yours.
And once again for the record, I wish you and the rest of the freeracer syndicate members success in your endeavours.
