The Regional Manager conducts and participates in, compliance and business improvement; provides supervision, training and quality control for and oversees field work of subordinates.
The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of the regional operations; completes special projects and performs related duties as assigned.
Attributes: high level of energy, common sense to deal with day to day issues, a degree of entrepreneurial thinking to contribute ideas to growing the business within the region and locating new sites to operate from and competitor outlets which might be for sale. Ability to work on their own or with little supervision. Have leadership skills. Good communication skills and ability to motivate staff. Strength of character to deal with and esure discipline in the workplace with retail staff.
Salary R30k per month
2. Essential Job Function
Plans, organises and supervises the work of the regional subordinates.
Establishes and implements policies and procedures; reviews changes in legal and procedural requirements for fiscal and operation affecting regional operations.
Management of regional retail operations.
Management of regional budget requirements
Participates in compliance and business improvements for the organisation
Coordinates with management and staff of various departments to obtain information necessary for overall operation of region.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· Report writing
Ability to:
· Evaluate and manage performance of subordinates
· Coordinate and assign resources

· Apply policy and legal requirements
