Good morning and weather permitting? we will be racing from the VAAL.
Browns Hill and Choisir look best, but your views are welcome.
Towchester: Silk Affair is the banker.
Wincantion: Sam Thomas can have a double with Pride of Dulcote and Princeful, in addition Whislejacket is fancied.
McCoy looking for his 3000 winner has only one mount Stadbrook at 7/2.
Wolves: evening meeting.
good punting from a very wet Pretoria.

Towcester and Wincanton both raceable
THURSDAY'S meeting at Towcester has passed an 8am inspection.
Although the going is heavy, fears of waterlogging were allayed by just one millimetre of overnight rainfall.
Clerk of the course Robert Bellamy said: "Racing goes ahead, which is very good news.
"The forecast is for conditions to improve throughout the morning so we are going tobe totally fine."
Wincanton also got the green light after passsing its 7.30 am inspection following just one millimetre of rain overnight.
Clerk of the course Barry Johnson said: "We have passed the inspection and the ground is heavy, but perfectly raceable.
"We would not have wanted too much more rain, but what we had last night was fine.

Oscar. I don't have any problems with the amount of runs mate.
I think the guys don't believe in a 'shotgun' approach of sending runners out here, there and everywhere hoping to pick an odd cheque up mate.
I know they don't like running them just for the sake of running. I personally believe that a Hores only has a certain amount of 'good' runs in them - Unfortunately no one knows that number - lol!
In regard to my Filly, she went on a 'spelling' farm for a bit as she hadn't fullly 'grown out' - 16.3 now I believe!
Anyhow, now back in full training - once fit I hope she has a cpl of quick runs - over more of a trip. Then I'll see if she's matured into the Filly - as AB says - I've Dreamed of dbl-lol!!
Anyhow Oscar, I do know that certain Horses like more races/work than others, and I'm sure if you have a chat with the guys about who you feel will like more 'action' - they're reasonable lads, and no doubt take such views on board when planing a particular Horses schedule.
Chill my friend - and I'll see you chaps late March - Jim.
(ps don't forget that there have been a lot of missing meetings)
