Syndicate horse consideration?

I have had a few enquires with regards considering a second syndicate horse, and I am keen to start the ball rolling.

Have a couple of chaps that want to get on board and in addition a few horses on the market that may meet our requirements.

The main factor is cost.

I am proposing the following, each share is R10,000, irrespective of the purchase price, this is to allow first time owners a chance to get on-board and keep the monthly payments reasonable.

examples:

Horse for R100,000 we will have 10 shares and a max monthly payment of R800/month.
Horse for R250,000 we will have 25 shares and a max monthly payment of R320/month.

Any individual can have more than one share in the horse.

Just an update, I am not rushing into anything and at this stage have 7 parties interested at R10,000 = R70,000 it would be my intention to have in the region of R100,000 before we consider a purchase, it has been suggested to make the payment easier that I reduce the share price to R5,000,so no problem!
