Inside Racing vs Winning Ways
16 years 5 months ago
These two shows followed eachother last night and found them two worlds apart.
Whining ways, I mean Winning Ways has the potential to be something special but last nights show was far from it. We had to hear over and over again from different emails being read out how the show is being sabotaged by Teletrack through non broadcast of the show and scheduling- ah another example of sabotage by P/Teletrack perhaps. See my thread on this issue here www.africanbettingclan.com/forum/phorum-5.1.15/read.php?3,89592 . This took up a large part of the show. Scotia had submitted an email with some interesting issues on according to James Goodman but we never heard details of these as we had to revert back to scheduling etc. The point was made and if T/track did not get the message then they were probably not watching.
It was good for ABC to get a mention though - Well done Scotia. Dont invest to much in the sponsorship of the show though, T/Track may just pull it off the schedule if we get mentioned more than once in 6 months.
I am looking forward to seeing what happens with the new sponsor studio etc. I am praying that it is not TV from the 70s era. James Goodman and Paul Lafferty are a good combo to watch though and if they get past programming issues and get a better production, we will be in for something special.
In comparisson Inside Racing. Great interviews, great production and great presentation - need I say more.
