I deposited funds online into my account at 11:00 am this morning; phoned THREE times to enquire why the money had not been deposited into my account.
Currently @ 14h39, still no money in my account, no explanation, no apology...
Sad...

I haven’t had this problem since July 2005 – not because their service has improved, I have simply closed my account.
The only reason they can exist is that they cater to a captive audience of gamblers. No other gambling site treats their clients with such arrogance. Why have an account with them?
They are also a diabolically insensitive organization – in the left column they express their concern about gambling addiction, and in the right hand column they invite these same addicts to “get rich before lunch” on some obscure, formless event.

Fingers is SPOT ON... would you continue patronising a restaurant that gives you warm beer, underprepared or burnt food and then takes your money?? Phumelela is a 'profit' organizaton... and only by NOT rewarding poor service, performance and delivery will they catch a wake up... when they see the bottom line being affected.. come on guys, be honest...if you could lay around a pool , sipping cocktails and earn a steady income.. or go lay bricks and mix dagga for the same money...which would you do. At present there is NO INCENTIVE for Phumelela to improve ANYTHING...

Open a Tabgold account. Takes a day to process online payments but they are pretty efficient with everything else. Gold Circle country will gladly take your money and remember they are a stakeholder company as opposed to a share holder company and their interests therefore lie with stakeholdes in racing and not shareholder profits as Michell Nirac eluded to in his interview.

I agree with Alcaponee. Open a Tabgold account. No jammed lines. easy internet betting, all bets offered including fixed odds (horseracing and sport).
