Know this is not a political forum but I have to ask about social responsibility of Phumelela continuing to support the ZIMBABWE RACING.

It seems perverted that people are dying by the thousands( If media to be believed) but yet we worry about running a few crap races every so often.

Surely a JSE listed company has a policy on social conscience and what is going in ZIM must go against THE VALUES of all people who believe in human dignity.

What i see Phumelela saying is that profit is far more important that the well being of a normal Zimbabwean.

If Phumelela have outreach programs that help the normal Zimbabwean please enlighten me as i would be glad to contribute

The sad situation is that the punters will back on anything.
Ngong/Zim plus all the rubbish they show from Australia in the morning, the only way to stop it, is for the punters to stop gambling on minor tracks with poor or no form.

Punters Q up to back virtual dog racing/jump racing/flat racing at bookies in UK. Crazy to waste money on an outcome that has already been decided/programmed a week before the off.

South African racing has benefited plenty from Zim racing. Their broodmares, stallions, owners, trainers, punters, jocks and horses have all benefited our racing. We must show our support when they need it.

Besides our govt or businesses show no social responsibility to Zim so why should Phumelela
